Shipping & Return Policy

Please note that we are just two people running Millennial Tarot, and we do our very best to fulfill your orders and provide excellent customer service. However, we are not perfect and apologize in advance for any errors or mistakes that may occur. We are thrilled that you are interested in our deck and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

Domestic (US) Orders

  • All orders will be shipped out the next day or within two days from the date of purchase (Monday through Saturday).
  • We use USPS as our primary carrier, but may occasionally use other carriers for certain shipments.
  • All domestic orders are eligible for a full refund if the item is unopened and returned within 30 days, but the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. Upon receipt of the return, we will issue a full refund within 1 to 2 days. Our mailing address is Millennial Tarot, 378 Heritage Hills Unit B, Somers, NY 10578, USA.
  • If you did not receive a tracking number via email, it is likely an error with our automatic email system, but rest assured your shipment has likely been sent. Either way, feel free to reach out to us to get the tracking number and figure out what happened (email below).

International Orders

  • All international orders will be shipped out within two days from the date of purchase.
  • We use USPS, FedEx or other carriers for international shipments.
  • All international orders are eligible for a full refund if the item is unopened and returned within 30 days, but the customer will be responsible for paying for the return shipping.   • If the customer has any concerns about the high cost of return shipping, they can reach out to us and we can discuss alternative options for a refund

Wholesale Shipping

  • All wholesale orders will be shipped out within two days from the date of purchase.
  • We use USPS, FedEx, or other carriers for international shipments.
  • When possible, we use Faire so they take care of this for us.
  • Retailers are responsible for providing their VAT or IOSS numbers.
  • We generally use DDU, meaning the retailer is responsible for providing their VAT or IOSS numbers.
